Submit Your Profile Information

Any information you provide to us will never be sold, traded
or shared. This information will only be used to prepare your artist
page and to contact you regarding your album and merchandise sales.

All material submitted to Mix Masters Underground must be original music (no unauthorized samples). All material that contains authorized samples must provide proof of authorization. If Mix Masters Underground finds that any material submitted contains unauthorized samples, that music will be discarded and your account terminated.

Any lawsuits and/or prosecution resulting from the use of unauthorized samples will be the responsibility of the artist, person or group using the samples.

Mix Masters Underground bears no responsibility and will not be held liable.

To submit your material by regular mail, download this .pdf submission form (you'll need Adobe Reader to print it out. You can get it here). Print it, fill it out and send it back with 2 copies of your CD. Include your biography, your artwork and a check or money order for $25.00 made out to "Barry Jackson".

Send your biography and artwork on a separate CD from your music. Music CD should be in either .WAV (Windows) or .AIFF (Mac) format. All artwork should be in .JPG format (if artwork is not included, we will use MMUG artwork). Regular mail please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery of receipt.
